Meet the Great Folks Behind Great Endings

Wayne Brawley, Executive Chef

Executive Chef Wayne Brawley comes to Great Endings with over 20 years of experience in the culinary field. After obtaining his degree from Le Chef College in Austin he worked as pantry supervisor for Texas A & M, where he had the privilege of catering for many dignitaries including Former President George Bush, Mikhael Gorbachev and Texas Governor Rick Perry. He has been the executive chef of three award winning restaurants in the Hill Country. After five years with a high end catering company in Dallas, he has now joined the Great Endings team. Wayne not only has a passion for top quality local ingredients, but also for over the top execution. When he's not in our kitchen he's busy producing his own brand of killer salsa!
